Carmel-by-the-Sea Culinary Week is a celebration of the village’s exceptional food and wine scene, bringing together acclaimed chefs, local restaurants, and world-class vintners. Through curated tastings, special menus, and immersive events, the week showcases the flavors, creativity, and coastal charm that define Carmel-by-the-Sea.

 

Custom Logo Design

I created a distinctive primary event logo that captures the spirit of Carmel-by-the-Sea through a logo that balances elegance and whimsy, with a nod to the villages’s artistic heritage, coastal setting, and culinary culture. In addition to the main event logo, I developed five supporting logos for village-wide events, each with its own personality while remaining visually connected to the overarching brand system.

Social Media Strategy & Custom Content Creation

I created the Carmel Culinary Week brand identity and designed all marketing assets while leading the social media strategy and content creation to elevate the event across digital channels. 

The cohesive approach drove significant growth year over year — increasing impressions by 62%, engagement by 334%, and audience growth by 305% — while amplifying visibility for participating restaurants and deepening community connection throughout the village.
